Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your unit must be in a reasonably like new condition. Minor cosmetic issues is expected.
If the item is not in a like new condition, a partial refund and return can be negotiated.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
The Insta360 X3 has a 1 year warrantee fulfilled by Insta360. Follow the instructions on the warrantee card included in the X3 packaging.
The Sweeper Peeper Case has a 2-year warrantee for critical damage. This does not cover cosmetic damage or misuse. Simply contact via the webpage, logan@sweeperpeeper.com, or (325)-276-2844.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
